THE CSIRO has released a brochure detailing its rock mechanics testing expertise which could benefit companies engaged in drilling activities.
The organisation says the exploration, drilling and completion design and reservoir management benefit from accurate determinations of rock mechanical properties.
The group says it has a national facility for the evaluation of rock mechanical properties for both specialist and standard testing of the mechanical and ultrasonic properties of rock.
