EXAIR has released a new 1¼” Super Air Nozzle said to be ideal for blowing heavy materials and applications where the nozzle cannot be mounted close to the surface.
According to the company, the nozzle is designed to deliver 9.4lbs (4,252gm) of blowing force when mounted 12” (305mm) away from the target.
Compressed air is projected through a series of holes on the nozzle surface. Air is then directed to a single point of convergence to deliver a concentrated stream of high-velocity airflow.
According to the manufacturer, the nozzle cannot be blocked which assures safe operation as required by OSHA standard 1910.242.
The nozzle is suitable for rugged industrial applications including ejection of heavy parts, drying, machinery and parts cleaning.
